As a fellow millennial I must agree with whoever posted this link. A definite must read (regardless of whether you agree or not) for which I almost feel compelled to send to every manager i know, but I’ll hold off since I don’t want to be preceived as someone who is demanding their time to read an article, or being lazy by scouring the internet, or even selfish for making them think that they are the ones that should change their behaviors towards Gen-Yers… =)
